&(1:) - The surrogate (unique identification) of the site element in the export site.
&(2:) - The language the site element texts was translated to.
A translation of a site element is specified in the import file. However, this site element has not been imported. The translation can't be imported.
Check the previous messages to see if there is an error indicating that the import of a site element has failed.
